To maintain platform integrity and member protection, we enforce strict compliance rules regarding account ownership and profile conduct:

• Unilateral Termination Right: Your profile and account may be suspended or permanently deleted at any time without any prior notice, warning, or explanation if you engage in illegal activity, break platform rules, post inappropriate media, or violate these Terms.
• Zero Responsibility for Consequences: ProjapotiBD and its site operators are strictly NOT responsible or liable for any consequences, emotional distress, lost communication, financial loss, or damages resulting from the suspension or deletion of your profile.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against criminal conduct, financial fraud, impersonation, blackmail, or harassment:

To eliminate risk of legal action against this website, all members explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:

• Full Indemnification Clause: You agree to defend, indemnify, hold harmless, and release ProjapotiBD, its owners, operators, developer team, and affiliates from any and all legal claims, lawsuits, actions, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising out of your site usage, account deletion, or interactions with other members.

We provide optional premium subscriptions for enhanced interaction features:

• Manual Verification: Subscriptions are verified against transaction receipts prior to upgrading account status.
• Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All membership fees and subscription payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including early account deletion or finding a match.
